The Baymont in Midland surprised me with comfortable amenities. I appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in my Queen Room Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking, making snacks a breeze. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for winding down at night. However, I faced a few disappointments. The cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, and I noticed some paint peeling in the hallway. Additionally, the iron in my room malfunctioned, which made getting ready for meetings more stressful. Would love to see better maintenance here.

We enjoyed a peaceful night after a long drive. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the clean environment provided a relaxing escape. Breakfast was a great surprise, offering a variety of options to fuel our day. I highly recommend taking advantage of the on-site dining!

On the downside, there were issues with room servicing—my room went uncleaned for an entire day, and that’s less than ideal. Some rooms also come with a potent odor, indicating smoke, which is unwelcome when looking for a fresh environment. An outdated décor is noticeable, with some common areas showing wear, including peeling paint in the hallways.
